Irish Family Companies is proudly a certified Women’s Business Enterprise and fourth-generation family-owned and operated company. Founded by Ralph Irish in 1932, we originated as R.N. Coal Company, and have since grown and expanded throughout the Western and Central New York region over the past nine decades. We introduced Irish Carbonic to our repertoire in the 1960s, which marked the beginning of our industrial gas, dry ice, and beverage service offerings.

We evolved from Irish Carbonic to Irish Industrial Gases to accommodate our growing suite of industrial gas solutions used across an array of industries.
